History

Both managers are barbers and worked at the same barber shop when they both joined the SBHL. Both managers wanted to join the South Bay Hyphy League after it's inception, but needed to wait for league expansion. Both managers were given the opportunity to select which conference they would join. They wanted to face each other annually, so they decided to enter the league in the same conference, guaranteeing an annual match.

2022

I'll Fuck Your Dad won the inaugural "Clash of the Clippers" and had bragging rights over JonLegends for an entire year.

2023

JonLegends avenged their 2022 loss, beating I'll Fuck Your Dad in 2023.

2024

JonLegends took the lead in the series as they took the 2024 matchup, setting the series record for largest victory, 21.16 pts (previously held by IFYD with a 20.40 pts. in 2022).

2025

JonLegends won the closest game game of the series (1.28 points) in the 2025 game. JonLegends played this game without their starting QB Jayden Daniels (injured) and one of their top WR's Rashee Rice (NFL suspension).
